Northern Alliance Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Earthworks/Civil Mining Engineering Technician to join our team. If you have a strong background in earthworks, surveying, and civil/mining engineering projects, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• survey, site assessments, and layout for earthworks and mining projects
• Conduct quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and field crews
• Utilize CAD software and GPS equipment for data collection and analysis
• Monitor site progress, report findings, and assist in troubleshooting challenges

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Mining Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in earthworks, mining, or civil construction
• Proficiency in surveying equipment (GPS, total station) and CAD software
• Ability to work in remote locations (Moosonee, ON)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
