Experienced Retail / Front-End Operations Associate

RONA Kapuskasing is now hiring an experienced team member to support front-end operations, including but not limited to estimating, placing orders, and administrative support, as the business continues to evolve. This role may also support expanded contractor services and offers an opportunity to grow into a more specialized role over time, based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support front-end operations, including estimating and placing orders
• Prepare customer estimates and quotes
• Place and track supplier orders as directed
• Assist contractors and trade customers
• Support customer service and front-counter operations
• Follow established procedures and authorization requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in construction (highly recommended)
• Previous retail, hardware, administrative, or contractor-facing experience preferred
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working with estimates, orders, paperwork, and computer systems
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and contractors

Work Environment

• Small-team, fast-paced retail environment
• Role requires accuracy, accountability, and adherence to procedures
• Duties and responsibilities may adjust based on operational needs

Employment Details

• Position type: Regular Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday during retail hours
• Compensation: Based on experience
