 Qualifications and requirements:

• Regular shifts (7.5 hours) which are typically from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Flexibility is required for evening and weekend work on an occasional basis.
• Must possess a current certification of qualification as a Construction/Maintenance (309A) Electrician with Ontario provincial standing; must have good knowledge of electrical principles, electrical controls, electronics, (heating and cooling systems); and relative and recent experience in the electrical trade. 
• Ability to adapt to duties that may vary frequently is required. 
•  Shows good understanding that priorities can change quickly due to whatever is happening in the hospital. 
• Able to work alone or with a team. 
• Experience in medical equipment service and repair is preferred. 
• Preference will be given to the candidate having the ability to provide services in English and in French.
