Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Line Cook at O'Briens Classic Grill, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our culinary offerings. You will work closely with our kitchen team to prepare and execute a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure food preparation areas are clean and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Uphold O'Briens Classic Grill's commitment to quality and excellence in every dish
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Solid understanding of cooking techniques and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
