Flexible Scheduling
Salaries range from $54.75-$59.63 per hour
Percentage in lieu of benefits

Qualifications
- Valid certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario or willing to transfer.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience across multiple sites and workflows is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and quality/safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex systems.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Experience with float pool or hospital-wide staffing models is an asset.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Must have the ability to provide services in English and French.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate nursing activities that span multiple units and service lines.
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for hospital-wide initiatives such as staffing support, surge response, float team oversight, and quality improvement projects.
- Collaborate with nursing unit managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage workflows that support patient throughput, bed management, and resource allocation.
- Participate in policy development, compliance, and regulatory readiness activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to patient safety, satisfaction, and staff engagement across departments.
- Coach and mentor clinical nursing staff, including float pool or per diem teams.
- Lead or participate in hospital committees, special projects, or change initiatives.
