Administrative Clerk
6 Month Contract
25 to 30 hours a week

O'Briens Corporate Group is seeking a motivated
and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role
offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to work across multiple areas
within the organization, including accounts payable and receivable, and the
Nutrition North program for O'Briens Butcher Market.
Task will include but not limited to the following:
· Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
· Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
· Support the Nutrition North program for O'Briens Butcher Market, handling relevant documentation and reporting.
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed for invoicing and order management.
· Maintain organized records and provide support for finance and operational departments.
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will possess the following education, skills & abilities:
· Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
· Basic knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
