$5,000 Return of Service*
Salaries range from $29.26 to $30.32 per hour
Percentage in lieu of benefits

Qualifications
Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Proficiency in both English and French is preferred.
A valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle is required.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Providing mobility support, including transfers and exercises.
Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring overall health.
Offering companionship and emotional support.
Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team.
Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
