Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a OR Clinical Operations & Change Management Lead. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical initiatives in the Operating Room (OR) and Endoscopy departments, ensuring optimal workflows, patient safety, and sufficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in nursing, leadership, and change management, with a passion for improving patient care and dynamics.

Your ability to balance organizational needs with patient safety, while empowering and guide staff through changes, will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience working in an Operating Room as a Staff Nurse.
Experience across multiple sites and workflows is highly desirable.
Managerial experience, with proven success in leading teams through change and growth in a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated experience in fostering a positive team culture, promoting professional development, and leading by example.
Experience in leading educational programs and promoting continuous learning within healthcare teams.
Strong leadership, organizational skills, exceptional communication and emotional intelligence.
A proven track record in promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability, respect, integrity and teamwork.
Visionary thinking and innovative, problem-solving approach to workflow and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead OR/Endoscopy Improvement Projects:
Manage and execute improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and operational processes that prioritize patient safety and efficiency.
Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams:
Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to identify and implement the best practices for patient care, workflow optimizing, and operational efficiency.
Promote Patient Safety and Quality Care:
Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained within the OR/Endoscopy settings.
Training and Development:
Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs, develop educational programs, and lead training initiatives to ensure continuous professional growth for staff.
Change Management:
Leverage change management principles to guide the team through transitions, ensure smooth integration of new workflows, policies, and technologies.
Team Leadership and Support:
Provide Leadership, mentorship, and support to the team members. Hold regular team meetings to foster collaboration and open communication.
Strategic Planning and Decision-Making:
Contribute to strategic planning efforts and make decisions that align with both departmental and organizational goals.
