Temporary Full-time until March 31, 2026 with the possibility of extension
Salaries range from $30.16 to $40.17 per hour
Percentage in lieu of benefits

Qualifications
Graduate of a two year Office Administration
Diploma or equivalent is required.
Recruitment experience and/or Sales experience is
considered an asset.
Healthcare knowledge and experience are
considered an asset.
Excellent communication skills in both official
languages.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of
individuals and organizations.
Valid Driver’s license and access to a reliable
vehicle are required.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining candidate and student
relationships throughout the recruitment and/or
placement process.
Maintaining leads and activities to ensure future
hires.
Participate (locally and externally) in recruitment
events such as, but not limited to, recruitment fairs,
community events, post-secondary school events in
line with their recruitment function.
Making on site presentations in secondary and postsecondary schools.
Coordinates and oversee student placements
(Secondary and post-secondary levels).
Develop and maintains recruitment advertisements
and materials utilizing digital resources.
Monitor student satisfaction and provide quarterly
reports to the Human Resources department.
Evaluate potential recruitment incentives, events, and
make recommendations for annual participation (i.e.
career fairs, committee membership, etc.).
Evaluate social media platforms and other
recruitment tools (i.e. job boards) and make
recommendations for implementation.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Develop and execute social media strategies across
various platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
to engage key audiences while interacting with
followers and responding to inquiries.
